Jacksonville, NC Goes Online with Metronet's Multi-Gigabit Speeds

Metronet today announced that Jacksonville's residents and businesses now have access to Metronet's multi-gigabit speeds with service installation available now. As Metronet becomes available throughout the Jacksonville area, residents will have the opportunity to tap into multi-gigabit speeds up to 2 gigabits; and businesses with access may choose speeds up to 10 gigabits. Customers located in Metronet's initial construction areas may now sign up for installation by visiting shop.metronet.com or calling 888-225-3864.

As construction continues throughout Jacksonville, residents in construction areas will receive 30 days advance notice by mail about construction activity in their neighborhood. Metronet provides additional messaging, such as yard signs, to notify residents of when construction is beginning in their neighborhood. Metronet crews are marked by ID tags and branded vehicles.
