Terreno Realty Corporation Announces Lease in Redmond, WA

Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, announced today that it has executed a lease for 3.5 acres of improved land in Redmond, Washington with a North American provider of workplace transportation services. The lease will commence March 31, 2023 and expire June 2033.
