TORONTO, Jan. 27, 2023 /CNW/ - Mattamy Group Corporation ("Mattamy"), the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, today announced key operating results for the second quarter ended November 30, 2022 and posted LTM financial results for the second quarter on Intralinks.

Second Quarter 2023 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue increased 7.1% to $1.21B from $1.13B in the prior year quarter
• Homes closed decreased 8.7% to 1,620 from 1,775 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders decreased 60.7% to 849 homes from 2,160 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog decreased 28.0% to 5,878 units from 8,159 units in the prior year quarter

LTM November 30, 2022 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue increased 8.8% to $4.86B from $4.47B in the prior year
• Homes closed decreased 4.8% to 7,525 from 7,903 in the prior year
• Net sales orders decreased 38.5% to 5,295 homes from 8,612 homes in the prior year
