Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend, 2023 Annual Meeting Date and Fourth Quarter 2022 Results


Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQB: EFBI), the holding company for EAGLE.bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about February 28, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2023.

The Company also announced today that the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders of Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. will be held on April 18, 2023.

In addition, the Company announced today its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the announcement can be found on the Company's website at www.eagle.bank under the heading "Investor Relations ? Financial Reports."
