Thunderbird Entertainment Announces Date of Annual General Meeting
Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV: TBRD, OTCQX: THBRF) ("Thunderbird" or the "Company") today announced that its annual general and special meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held on March 6, 2023, in Vancouver. The AGM date is within the time period permitted by the British Columbia Registrar of Companies.
Thunderbird will file and mail its management information circular ("Circular") in respect of the AGM in due course. The Circular will comment on the various assertions communicated by Voss Capital LLC.
After the Circular is filed, Thunderbird will commence soliciting proxies for its nominees for election to the board of directors.
In the meantime, there is no need for shareholders to take any action.
The Circular will also be posted at investors.thunderbird.tv and will be filed under Thunderbird's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
