Digital Air Strike Marks 10th Year as Approved General Motors' Reputation Management Partner

Digital Air Strike, the leading consumer engagement and customer experience technology company, is honored to be an approved General Motors certified Reputation Management partner for the 10th consecutive year. Digital Air Strike is the longest-running partner in GM's Approved Reputation Management program, designed to encourage dealerships to work with top vendor partners with proven track records of providing the best value to dealerships and consumers. Digital Air Strike was also the first turnkey partner approved for iMR (in-Market Retail) funds for reputation and social media solutions over 11 years ago.

For the 2023 program, Digital Air Strike offers GM dealers social media, reputation management, recruiting and staffing, and inventory merchandising solutions. These features address current automotive industry challenges, from inventory shortages and new vehicle pre-order issues to recruiting and retention concerns and online service demands.

The new or exclusive features include:

Qualifying dealers are eligible for co-op reimbursement for the services under the GM iMR Turnkey Program. GM reimburses dealerships for a portion of eligible local advertising and marketing costs incurred from approved vendors.

"Ten years is a real milestone, and we're honored to be recognized by General Motors as a trusted vendor. Through the annual program, GM dealers nationwide partner with Digital Air Strike for online reputation and social media management, Google My Business enhancements, inventory merchandising, and lead response solutions," said Alexi Venneri, co-founder and CEO of Digital Air Strike. "We appreciate General Motors and recognize that GM dealers are our most tenured clients. We are ecstatic to provide many new solutions for the 2023 GM Approved Reputation Management Program. Since 2010, Digital Air Strike has focused on bringing the top social media innovations to dealerships, and each year we continue to innovate."

GM dealers who partner with Digital Air Strike share why they partner with the company's innovative technology solutions:

"Digital Air Strike cares about my business results," said Josh Leader, general sales manager with the Sands Auto Group in Arizona. "It's a true partnership."

"Digital Air Strike is essential to my dealerships," said Matt Johnson, owner of Holiday Auto Group in Texas. "We continually do more with them each year."

"We've had record years for seven straight years because of Digital Air Strike," said Tony Starkey, marketing director for Bob Poynter Auto Group in Indiana.
