OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 9, 2022 /CNW/ - The Honourable David Lametti, P.C., Q.C., Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, and the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, will announce funding for a project from the Black Legal Action Centre that provides legal supports to address anti-Black racism and discrimination and the overrepresentation of individuals from Black communities in the criminal justice system in Toronto.
