IEE Showcasing Avionics and Ground Displays at AUSA 2022

IEE, a manufacturer of field-proven enhanced displays for military applications, will be exhibiting at the 2022 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington, D.C., October 10th-12th. In line with the industry focus on Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), IEE is efficiently creating the next generation of "forward-looking" rugged displays for ground and airborne applications. With careful attention to modularity, re-use, and the application of open standards, IEE is supporting the cutting-edge display capabilities within the latest system architectures and applications of C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) and 360-Situation Awareness (360-SA).

"IEE tracks the technology trends in high-speed communication and video transport, adopting and ruggedizing these latest capabilities into field-able designs, capable of operating in the extremes of military and aerospace applications," comments Steve Motter, V.P. of Business Development for IEE. "Coupling these designs with open standards, allows our team to quickly integrate and field the latest technologies to the warfighters. We look forward to showing our high-resolution, optically enhanced displays to our customer's system architects, demonstrating how we can achieve their system performance objectives."

Display highlights at the show include:

13.3-inch FHD Wide Panel

Developed for use in both airborne and military ground vehicle operations, this 13.3-inch monitor features full-HD resolution in a wide-angle format. Its narrow bezel is optimized for side-by-side mounting, providing a panoramic view. Touch screen options available.

10.4-inch Rotorcraft Multi-Function Display (MFD)

This dual-mode, high-bright and NVIS 10.4" LCD display is lightweight, and has a rugged sealed enclosure fit for airborne applications. With its redundant digital video and ARINC-429 Comm's, along with its extensive built-in test, this display provides the rugged performance necessary for demanding environments. The field replaceable bezel assists the warfighter in maximizing operational availability for improved readiness.
