The Local Real Estate Group, one of Los Angeles' top east side real estate teams, launches new offshoot, El Local Bienes y Raices, to better serve the Spanish Speaking Community.

dedicated to better serve the real estate needs of Los Angeles' Spanish-speaking communities.
Spearheaded by Edith Reyna, a 23-year real estate veteran and Mexican native, El Local was
created to help the Hispanic and Latino community through every step of the real estate process
in an effort to further increase homeownership rates and support the creation of generational
wealth for a historically underserved segment of the population.
