11:00 a.m.	The Prime Minister will attend the Survivors' Flag raising ceremony on Parliament Hill. Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations Marc Miller and Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency Dan Vandal will also be in attendance.

2:00 p.m.	The Prime Minister will meet with members of the Prime Minister's Youth Council.
