Vacmobile Joins Georgia Tech's Advanced Technology Development Center's Accelerate Startup Portfolio

Vacmobile Corporation, a leader in the digital transformation of vaccination and test records, today announced it has been accepted into the Advanced Technology Development Center's ATDC Accelerate startup portfolio.

A program of Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovation Institute, ATDC is the state of Georgia's technology startup incubator. It helps entrepreneurs learn, launch, scale, and succeed in creating viable, disruptive technology companies.

Founded by Jennifer and Billy Sparks, Vacmobile is a developer of globally scalable, HIPAA-compliant solutions that securely authenticate and manage digital immunization and testing records. Vacmobile is digitally enabling employers to adhere to regulatory requirements and promote evidence-based best practices to keep their employees, vendors, visitors, and customers safe. In the United States alone, more than 100 million people annually are required to provide proof of vaccination for their employment or education.

Jennifer Sparks, Vacmobile CEO, said, "Vacmobile is honored to be joining ATDC's Accelerate program. We are proud to be collaborating with the brilliant thought leaders within the Georgia Tech ecosystem. Digital transformation of vaccination records is long overdue and incredibly complex. The legacy of tech innovation that has been launched from Georgia Tech is internationally recognized and we look forward to adding to that tradition of market disruption."

Greg Jungles, ATDC HealthTech Catalyst, said, "Vacmobile's SaaS-based digital vaccination and immunization tracking solution addresses an historically ignored problem for individuals, companies, and government institutions," said Greg Jungles, ATDC HealthTech Catalyst. We look forward to helping the Vacmobile team continue their start-up journey and we welcome them to the ATDC Accelerate program."

Sherry Farrugia, CEO of the Global Center for Medical Innovation, stated "As the CEO of a global medical organization, we know how important authenticated proof of vaccinations is for regulatory compliance and employee safety. Vacmobile's solution solves vaccination record keeping problems that enterprises have struggled with for decades. Their ability to leverage the power of the SMART health card network of issuers coupled with their own patent-pending fraud detection algorithm for self-reported vaccination records that cannot be verified through an API connection is unique in the marketplace."

Vacmobile's ability to deliver real time visibility with dashboard reporting ? for enterprises large and small ? into the health status of their employees, vendors, and visitors will ensure employers are meeting regulatory compliance and improving safety for their entire ecosystem. Realtime data collection and reporting delivers agile response times.
