Media Advisory: Minister Mendicino to make announcement about preventing gun and gang violence in Toronto

SCARBOROUGH, ON, June 28, 2022 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to join the Honourable Marco Mendicino, Minister of Public Safety, to make an announcement regarding federal support for organizations on the front lines of the fight against gun and gang violence in Toronto.

He will be joined by Gary Anandasangaree, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, and his Worship John Tory, Mayor of Toronto.

Following the announcement, Minister Mendicino and Mayor Tory will take questions from the media.
