PHOENIX, June 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Nikola Corporation (Nasdaq: NKLA), a global leader in zero-emissions transportation and energy infrastructure solutions, today published the following notice urging stockholders to vote before the Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held virtually on June 30, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The voting deadline is June 29, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

In addition, today, June 24 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Nikola Chairman Steve Girsky will speak to investors about the significance of voting FOR Proposal 2. Mr. Girsky will provide voting instructions and answer frequently asked questions from stockholders about the voting process for the Annual meeting. Nikola urges all stockholders to watch the update and to vote "FOR" Proposal 2 TODAY. Approval of this proposal would allow Nikola to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company's common stock.
