Karate Combat Announces an 80% Viewership Increase for ?Karate Combat: Season 4' Premiere Episode


Karate Combat, the groundbreaking professional full-contact karate promotion, and fastest growing sports league, announced initial viewership results for the ?Season 4: Episode 1' debut on May 14th, 2022.

Livestreams for ?Live +3 days' - (akin to the "Live +3" TV rating - exceeded 4.5 million views, up by more than 50% from the company's ?Season 3: Episode 1' event. This figure included global viewers on Meta's Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, Twitter as well as on Amazon's Twitch platform.

Karate Combat is the only leading combat sports organization to democratize the digital distribution of their events on open social platforms, streaming their full events live and re-posting the full cards immediately as VOD, where other promotions limit social streaming to undercards only.

Digital viewership audiences across the various platforms comprised 75-90% males aged 18-34, the most valuable demographic in sports marketing and the demographic most valued by sponsors.

Additionally, Karate Combat delivered additional ?Season 4: Episode 1' linear TV impressions across a network of global distribution partners that spans more than 60 countries, which delivered an average of over 1.5 million viewers per episode in Season 3.

In the US, Karate has a higher participation base than MMA. With a compound annual growth rate of 160%, Karate Combat is now the fastest growing league in the fastest growing sports genre.
