Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville Surpasses $300 Million in Sales


Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville continues to shatter downtown real estate records. After surpassing more than $200 million in sales in June 2021, The Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital today announced the project has now sold more than $300 million in real estate including the complete sell-out of its six half-floor penthouses. With move-ins expected to commence this summer, limited inventory remains for prospective buyers.

Highlights include:
