Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville continues to shatter downtown real estate records. After surpassing more than $200 million in sales in June 2021, The Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital today announced the project has now sold more than $300 million in real estate including the complete sell-out of its six half-floor penthouses. With move-ins expected to commence this summer, limited inventory remains for prospective buyers.
Highlights include:

- In 2021 alone, $187 million in sales were conducted
- Each of the sold-out six half-floor penthouses has set a new record ceiling in the downtown real estate market, totaling $57.5 million
