Warrior Gold Inc. (TSX-V - WAR) ("Warrior Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of $200,000 through the issuance of 2,500,000 flow-through shares of the Company at a price of $0.08 per flow-through share (the "Private Placement").
Danièle Spethmann, President & CEO, stated, "We are pleased to undertake this Private Placement in response to loyal shareholders of the Company who wish to increase their investments in Warrior Gold prior to year-end."
The Offering is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The proceeds from the sale of the flow-through shares will be utilized by the Company to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses" that will qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" as such terms are defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) related to the Company's properties located in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
