Leaders2Inspire Relaunches Projects4Purposetm Corporate Retreats Helping Organizations Build Corporate Cultures of Purpose and High Performance

Leaders2Inspire, an organization specializing in high-performance training, announced today the relaunch of their Projects4PurposeTM Corporate Retreats in partnership with retired Navy SEAL Commander, Rich Diviney. The first of the retreats takes place from February 10-14, 2022, and will involve a hands-on Project4PurposeTM experience in Los Cabos, Mexico.

The Projects4PurposeTM Retreats are built on the idea that corporations have a unique opportunity to lead a positive transformation in society. The retreats combine workshops that help people develop the skills needed to perform optimally and/or build high-performing teams in their organization with volunteer experience helping communities in need.

"We call it Corporate Social Transformation," said Adam Greenberg, CEO, Leaders2Inspire. "Businesses have the scale, speed, and acumen necessary to make a real difference in the world. Organizations that give their employees a chance to be involved in solving social challenges, also give their employees purpose and support them in achieving their full potential. It creates a corporate culture that inspires high performance."

A recent Gartner study showed that 74% of employees expect employers to be more involved in social issues of the day. And, according to LMU center of Economic Studies, productivity increases by 30% when employees feel they are working towards a good cause.

During this five-day Projects4PurposeTM retreat, attendees will receive training on how to be part of a high performing team with insights into optimal vs. peak performance and how to realize potential in any environment from retired Navy SEAL Commander, leadership and human performance expert, Optimist at Simon Sinek Inc., and best-selling author of The Attributes, Rich Diviney.

"Learning the key attributes needed to perform optimally gave me a deeper understanding of myself. I also discovered which ones I needed to work on. Leaders2Inspire's retreat gave me the tools and inspiration to do so," said Beth Cartlidge, VP Shared Services.
