Picket line at Embassy Suites Pointe-Claire

MONTREAL, Dec. 5, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Workers at the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel in Pointe-Claire are on strike today. They want a fair contract like the agreements that have now been reached in 14 hotels. These workers are part of the coordinated bargaining round involving hotels throughout Quebec driven by the Fédération du commerce (FC?CSN). These contracts provide pay raises of 8 % over 4 years, a better insurance plan and job protection during the COVID crisis.  

Representatives from the CSN and the union will be present at noon and will be available to respond to questions at 6300 Trans-Canada Hwy, Pointe-Claire.
