Fogo de Chão Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Fogo de Chão, the internationally-renowned restaurant brand, today announced that its parent, Fogo Hospitality, Inc. ("Fogo"), has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Fogo will apply to list its common stock on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "FOGO".
Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities and Jefferies LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse and Piper Sandler & Co. are also acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Raymond James, Stephens Inc., and Truist Securities are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
