Apartment Income REIT Corp. ("AIR") (NYSE: AIRC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. This dividend is payable on November 30, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2021.
