CIM Group Signs Entertainment Law Firm Donaldson Callif Perez, LLP to Office Lease in LA's West Adams Neighborhood

CIM Group announced today that it has signed a lease with Donaldson Callif Perez, LLP, a boutique law firm that specializes in documentary and independent film and television production, for office space in Los Angeles' West Adams neighborhood.

Donaldson Callif Perez will occupy 8,973 square feet at 5600 W. Adams, an approximately 30,000-square-foot office building that provides two floors of modern office space above ground floor retail. The newly constructed building features open floor plates with exposed ductwork, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and spacious patios.

"Our firm is dedicated to supporting independent content creators, enabling them to tell their stories their way, and West Adams is an ideal location as it is a flourishing community of independent innovators, with new business enterprises and entrepreneurs gravitating to the neighborhood," said Lisa Callif, Partner, Donaldson Callif Perez.

Situated on a highly visible intersection along West Adams Boulevard, between South Curson Avenue and Carmona Avenue, 5600 W. Adams is located in one of Los Angeles's most sought after neighborhoods, a burgeoning district with eclectic dining and entertainment options.

The property sits in a transit-oriented hub near the I-10 and California State Route 187, offering easy access to West Los Angeles, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Downtown LA, and is serviced by the Metro E Line and the upcoming Crenshaw/LAX Rail on Exposition Boulevard and Crenshaw Boulevard.
