Fuze Named the Only Visionary in the 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadranttm for Unified Communications as a Service

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced that Gartner, Inc. recognized the company as the only Visionary in its 2021 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide. This is the twelfth time that Fuze* has been recognized by Gartner in the Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide report.

Recent Gartner data predicts that remote workers will represent 32% of all employees worldwide by the end of 2021, up from 17% of employees in 2019. As a global cloud communications provider for the enterprise, including manufacturing firms and frontline industries, Fuze provides a seamless end-user experience for critical workstreams, helping improve productivity and collaboration, regardless of a user's location, through a truly unified platform. Fuze's intuitive unified communications and contact center platform enables seamless transition between calling, meeting, chatting, and sharing ? all powered by an intelligent global cloud architecture.

"We saw record-breaking engagement on the Fuze platform during an unprecedented time for the global workforce at-large and the resulting flexible work movement," said Brian Day, CEO, Fuze. "It has become abundantly clear that the world of workforce communications is constantly evolving, and through our continued innovation we provide workers with the tools they need to quickly adapt to market changes and maintain business continuity. We're proud of the continued recognition by Gartner as a Visionary in the UCaaS space, as we feel it validates our mission and focus for our global enterprise customers."

Fuze is committed to meeting the communication needs of the modern worker and continues to enhance its offerings to address these constantly changing demands. Fuze believes the company was named the only 2021 Magic Quadrant Visionary because of its focus on delivering global cloud communications and contact center to large enterprise companies, innovation in Fuze's contact center offering and vertical solutions, and its best-in-class customer experience in communication and collaboration for workers anywhere, on any device.

This Magic Quadrant assists digital workplace application leaders in selecting providers that best align to their organization's needs.

Gartner also says, "By 2023, the number of remote workers will have doubled to over two-thirds of digital workers, shifting buyer requirements to demand work-anywhere capabilities. By 2024, 75% of enterprise users will not use a desk-phone, up from 30% in 2020." Gartner defines unified communications as a service (UCaaS) as a cloud-delivered service that provides many of the same functions as premises-based unified communications (UC) solutions.

Over the past year, Fuze has expanded its suite of integrations, launching two Microsoft Teams offerings, Click to Connect and Direct Routing, as well as integrations with Zapier, Slack, and Gmail. This portfolio is part of Fuze's Integrations Ecosystem, which extends Fuze's open platform strategy with adjacent enterprise technologies empowering organizations to tailor workflows with pre-built and custom integrations that drive productivity and efficiency. The company also developed a "Remote Work" resource center that includes best practices for working remotely in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
