The 2022 Ghibli Modena Q4 has a 3.0-liter V-6 engine that can output up to 424 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque. With this engine providing power to all four wheels, the 2022 Ghibli Modena Q4 can go from 0-60 mph in just 4.7 seconds and reach an overall top speed of 178 mph.
