Eagle Merchant Partners Completes Acquisition of Code Ninjas, Largest Coding Franchise System for Kids

ATLANTA, Sept. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners (Eagle) today announced its second investment in Code Ninjas, the world's largest coding franchise system for children.

The announcement follows a minority investment made last year and completes Eagle's acquisition of the fast growing company. Code Ninjas was founded in 2016 and currently has 345 locations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
