Lloyd Jones Announces South Florida Land Purchase
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., Aug. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lloyd Jones LLC, a Miami-based real estate investment, development, and management firm, today announced that it has closed on the purchase of a 10.6-acre parcel overlooking Lake Whitney in Port St. Lucie for the development of AVIVA Port St. Lucie, a 159-unit, highly amenitized independent-living, senior rental community.
The property will operate under Lloyd Jones' proprietary AVIVA brand, a style of senior living that incorporates resort-style amenities with social activities to provide seniors a carefree, maintenance-free lifestyle. AVIVA communities deliver a variety of lifestyles from active adult to independent living, with a-la-carte services provided on an as-needed basis, allowing seniors to maintain their independence. AVIVA Port St Lucie will be operated by Lloyd Jones Senior Living Management, the senior housing management division of Lloyd Jones.

The floorplans will consist of large one- and two-bedroom apartments with dens, balconies, full kitchens, and abundant closets. Amenities include a resort-style, zero-entry pool; putting green; Grill & Chill Bar; walking trails; and multipurpose rooms for social activities. Independent living services include two meals per day, housekeeping, linen services, and planned entertainment and activities.
The project plans to break ground next month with occupancy anticipated for January 2023.
