Megatel Homes Reports Record-Breaking Sales in May 2021

DALLAS, June 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Megatel Homes LLC, one of the largest private homebuilders in the country, today announced that the company experienced a record-breaking month with a total of more than 300 home sales and over $120 million in gross contract sales in May.

Megatel Homes launched the Megatel Rent-Back program in March 2019 to create a bridge between renters and homeownership. Ipour also emphasizes that scarce inventory and strong demand are rapidly escalating housing prices, positioning Texas homebuilders in an optimal situation.
