Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville development partners, The Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital, announced today another $120 million in sales.
This being only the second sales period, and the first real estate release having set a record with $80 million in sales, the project's developers believe this announcement to be one of the most momentous real estate releases in Nashville's history, further underscoring the city's transition into an urban focal point.
"Our Spring Release proved, once again, that our project is striking a chord with Nashville," said Marie-Laure Frère, Director of Sales.
