Butte Energy Announces Resumption of Trading

VANCOUVER, BC, April 16, 2021 /CNW/ - Butte Energy Inc.  (TSXV ? BEN.H) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release on March 26, 2021 the Company confirms that the transaction with  Genesis Group Limited will not occur and the TSX Venture Exchange has advised that the Company's common shares will resume trading on the NEX Exchange at market open on April 20, 2021.
