MONAT Global Recognizes 112 Directors as First Graduating Class of Maxwell Certification Program at MONAT Directors' Summit
Global healthy-aging haircare and skincare innovator MONAT Global Corp (MONAT) celebrated 112 MONAT Directors from the US, Canada and the UK who joined the first graduating class of the MONAT Maxwell Certification Program at the MONAT Directors' Summit. MONAT teamed up with John C. Maxwell, one of the world's most sought-after leadership experts, to create a unique program for MONAT Directors to participate in.
The MONAT Maxwell Certification Program was developed in 2019 as a yearlong course specifically for qualifying MONAT Directors. Course participants are taught how to identify and harness their strengths, grow as entrepreneurs, and inspire others along the way.

On the last day of the Directors' Summit, MONAT Gratitude took its annual More Than a Race 5k virtual and raised $25,000 to support the Salvation Army. Each of the four race winners also selected a charity that will receive 100 Gratitude Kits.
