Subcontractors Invited to Express Interest in Fort Leonard Wood Housing Construction Project
Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking qualified subcontractors in the professional building trades to participate in a new home construction project scheduled to commence Fall 2021 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, within the Fort Leonard Wood Homes housing community.
Contracted and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities' Renovation & Construction division, the project scope includes ground-up construction of homes to be used as on-base rental units for military service members and their families stationed at Fort Leonard Wood.
Balfour Beatty Communities invites expressions of interest from local subcontractors in the following professional building trades:
- Cabinets
- Countertops
- Concrete
- Drywall
- Finish carpentry
- Flooring
- Insulation
- Landscaping
- MEP trades
- Sitework
- Siding
Interested parties should contact Balfour Beatty Communities Project Manager Geoff Hutcherson at [email protected] by March 15 to receive the required prequalification paperwork. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be emailed to qualified subcontractors. Subcontractors who express interest after the March 15 deadline will not qualify to receive the RFP package.
