Health Prime Names Pranil Vadgama CEO & President

Health Prime today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Pranil Vadgama as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, effective immediately. Vadgama was hired to lead Health Prime as it enters a new phase of growth, focused on customer management and continued technology innovation to lessen the administrative and financial burden on physicians.

Vadgama's experience building a strong work culture and proven success in developing high performance teams at scale will be essential to support the company's rapid growth while maintaining the exceptional level of service that Health Prime's customers have become accustomed to.

Under Vadgama's leadership, Health Prime will continue to advance its technology and service offerings, including the company's flagship revenue cycle management and analysis platform, Datalytics. Datalytics lets physicians monitor the health of their medical practice by providing transparency into the medical billing collections process. The ability to identify areas that need improvement allows practices to make adjustments to ensure maximum reimbursement is received.

Prior to joining Health Prime, Vadgama held the position of Executive Vice President for Global Corporate Scaling at R1 RCM in India, where he led operations, technology infrastructure, procurement, and process improvement across the company. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in international management. Vadgama's involvement across multiple industries, operations and geographies was key for his appointment with Health Prime.
