Neighborly Software announces strategic partnership with Tetra Tech to create a Software + Service solution for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program

ATLANTA, Jan. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On December 21, 2020, Congress passed a bipartisan $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill, known as the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), which was signed into law on December 27, 2020. The pandemic relief includes $25 billion directly to States, Territories, local governments, and Indian tribes for the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. To align with this incentive, Neighborly Software and Tetra Tech will combine an offering leveraging Neighborly Software's market leading housing and community development software with Tetra Tech's program management and compliance expertise. The Neighborly Software and Tetra Tech partnership brings together deep skills in software, case management, compliance, and grant management to support clients in delivering a successful, compliant, and fast-paced ERA Program.

"Technology will play an increasingly critical role in the ERA Program in order to expedite application processing, streamline eligibility review, facilitate rapid disbursement of funds and submit required Treasury reports," said Jason Rusnak, President of Neighborly Software.
