MedVet Expands Specialty and Emergency Services to Houston, Texas


WORTHINGTON, Ohio, Jan. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- MedVet is pleased to announce its expansion into Houston, Texas, with the addition of Veterinary Medical Specialists of Houston and Veterinary Surgical Group practicing together as Bay Area Veterinary Specialists. Starting this month, the hospital will be known as MedVet Houston Bay Area. MedVet looks forward to providing local general practice veterinarians ongoing support and expanded access to specialty veterinary care.

As part of MedVet, Bay Area Veterinary Specialists will continue to provide Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Surgery services on a referral basis. The specialty hospital is located at 12855 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77034. Gulf Coast Animal Eye Clinic will continue to provide Ophthalmology services from the same location.
