Midwest Vision Partners Announces Partnership With Parschauer Eye Center

Midwest Vision Partners ("MVP") is pleased to announce its partnership with Parschauer Eye Center ("PEC") - MVP's eighth partnership to date. MVP is a people-focused eye care management services organization committed to partnering with leading ophthalmologists and optometrists to build the preeminent PatientFirst platform in the Midwest. MVP's partnership with Parschauer Eye Center expands its network to over 95 physicians serving 44 locations across Michigan and Ohio.

Parschauer Eye Center opened the first ophthalmology practice in the Sandusky area in 1946 as Sandusky Ophthalmology, and has since grown to operate two clinics in Sandusky and Fremont with over 10 ophthalmologists and optometrists. Led by Dr. Kenneth Parschauer, D.O. and Dr. Eric Dudenhoefer, M.D., the practice shares a value for personal service and patient-centric care, providing comprehensive optometric and ophthalmic care with specialties in cataracts, cornea, glaucoma, plastics, retina, and laser vision.

Drs. Kenneth Parschauer and Eric Dudenhoefer shared, "We are enthusiastic about partnering and growing with MVP and the outstanding practices within their platform. Our shared commitment to putting people first makes this partnership a natural next step in improving our ability to provide world class eye care in the great lakes region."

Joseph Giles, MVP's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "It has been a pleasure to get to know Drs. Parschauer and Dudenhoefer and to gain an appreciation for their profound commitment to PEC's physicians, staff and patients. They have built a tremendous practice, and we are excited to welcome them and the rest of the PEC team to the MVP platform as we expand our patient access to the Sandusky and Fremont areas and continue to build our network of world-class ophthalmologists and optometrists."
