Amulet Capital Partners Completes the Sale of Synteract to Syneos Health

Amulet Capital Partners, LP ("Amulet"), a middle-market private equity investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, has closed the previously announced sale of its portfolio company, Synteract (the "Company"), a leading full-service CRO focused on the rapidly growing emerging biopharma segment across all phases of drug development, to Syneos Health (NASDAQ: SYNH), the only fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization.
