Operational Highlights as of End of Third Quarter 2020

• The Company continued its forward progress in pursuing its FDA and EPA regulatory registration processes;
• The Company signed and executed a definitive Share Exchange Agreement with Sunset Capital Assets Inc.;
• Continued to build out and expand the production of its proprietary non-alcohol, non-toxic hydrogen-based germ killing formula Hy-IQ® Water at its Port Richey, Florida, facility to keep up with demand;
