Adam Carlson, Senior Technical Specialist, Promoted to LBA Director of Wireless Business

GREENVILLE, N.C., Oct. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Adam Carlson has been promoted to Director of Wireless Business within LBA Group, Inc. (LBA) to enhance the company's wireless business sector. Adam has been with LBA since 2012 as a Senior Technical Specialist in the field. He brings his 8+ years of high level field experience in wireless infrastructure with him to his new position as Director. He will continue to work directly with clients like American Tower Corporation, Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and wireless industry infrastructure providers in deployment and support of LBA's wireless compliance and risk management programs.

After graduating from North Central College of Naperville, IL with a bachelor's in Broadcast Communication, Carlson began his career on the other side of the transmitter as an on-air talent, program director, and brand manager for some of the largest groups in radio.

"I started out working in Rockford, IL and got promoted up the food chain and into different markets," explains Carlson.

That radio background aids Adam in addressing cross industry RF compliance issues with our wireless infrastructure partners and guiding and supporting such projects. Adam has also completed certification programs in CBRS radio deployment and 5G systems. Just this year, Carlson completed his masters in cybersecurity from Utica College in New York. Adam's background in RF, IT and network management allow him to manage client issues from multiple sides at once. He will report to Ben Cobb, LBA's CFO/COO.

"He will now use his knowledge and experience to lead our Lawrence Behr Associates unit by managing the overall sales and related servicing of key accounts to increase revenue, market share and customer satisfaction," says Cobb.
