MUMBAI, India, Oct. 20, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Plotch, which is a leading ecommerce ERP, announced today that they have successfully onboarded two leading online marketplaces of India as their prime customers. These two online marketplaces are currently live on Plotch. Craftsvilla and Jharonka were using their in-house marketplace platform before. The transition to Plotch happened in a record time period of two weeks.
Craftsvilla and Jharonka are using marketplace modules available in Plotch. Craftsvilla is also using offline retail module for their retail stores in India. By using both online and retail modules, Craftsvilla today is able to do omni channel retailing. Using Plotch, Craftsvilla is able to onboard sellers, pay sellers and manage customer refunds and returns seamlessly.
