RIVERSIDE, Calif., Oct. 10, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Riverside employment law attorneys at Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP, filed a class action complaint alleging that K. As a result of their rigorous work schedules, PLAINTIFF and other CALIFORNIA CLASS Members were allegedly periodically denied their proper rest periods by DEFENDANT and DEFENDANT's managers. They were from time to time allegedly required to work in excess of four (4) hours without being provided ten (10) minute rest periods. Allegedly, PLAINTIFF and other CALIFORNIA CLASS Members were also from time to time unable to take off-duty meal breaks and were not fully relieved of duty for meal periods.
