Gran Colombia Announces Resignation of Director


TORONTO, Oct. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM; OTCQX: TPRFF) announced today that Monica De Greiff has been appointed by the Government of Colombia to the position of Ambassador to Kenya. Consequently, Ms. De Greiff has stepped down from the Company's Board of Directors effective September 30, 2020. The Company does not intend to fill the vacancy at this time.

Serafino Iacono, Executive Chairman of Gran Colombia, stated, "Ms. De Greiff has made a valuable contribution to the Board of Directors since she was first elected in 2018.
