MANCHESTER, N.H., Oct. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Undoubtedly, one of the most significant casualties attributed to the pandemic has been the hospitality industry. Restaurants, bars, and hotels have been severely affected by the ongoing closures. The impact on staff continues to be felt at a rate we have not seen before. The industry we cherish has seen a noticeable reduction of personnel; more specifically, sommeliers have been let go from hotels and restaurants in great numbers.
