LONDON, Sept. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Valaris plc (OTC: VALPQ) ("Valaris" or the "Company") today announced that, on September 25, 2020, the Company entered into a $500 million Debtor-in-Possession ("DIP") term loan agreement with certain of its noteholders. "I am glad to work closely with a group of our noteholders focused on what is best for Valaris and its future, including creating one of the best balance sheets in the industry."
