New JAMIS ERP Release Adds Mobile Expense for Government Contractors

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- JAMIS Software Corporation, a leader in cloud ERP software for government contractors, is pleased to announce the availability of JAMIS Prime 6.4 which introduces next-generation mobile expense automation.

The centerpiece of the new JAMIS Prime 6.4 release is a new, fully-mobile expense application designed for government contractors. With JAMIS Expense, JAMIS has re-defined GovCon expense automation around the mobile user experience, giving remote users and travelers the ability to easily capture receipts and record expenses on their mobile devices for either submission at that time or assignment to a traditional expense report.

"We found JAMIS Expense very intuitive and easy to use", says Alex Gromelski, CFO from GAI, a government contractor. "We were also happy with how easy it was to configure, how receipts flow through and how it supports our company-paid cards."

In addition to the mobile application, which can be downloaded for iOS or Android devices, JAMIS Expense also includes a traditional browser-based expense entry form.

JAMIS Prime 6.4 release highlights include;

"One of our key design goals was to make it super-simple for travelers to quickly add a new expense from their mobile device" stated David Sample, VP Product Marketing for JAMIS Expense. "I'm very pleased with how easy it is with JAMIS Expense's mobile app to track receipts and create your expense report. It takes so much hassle out of the expense reporting process to have your receipts queued up and ready for submission."
