Phenom Named a 2020 Timmy Awards Finalist in Tech for Good Category

Phenom, the global leader in Talent Experience Management (TXM), today announced that it is a finalist for Tech in Motion's 2020 Timmy Awards in the Tech for Good category. One of 33 honorees, Phenom created a network of curated companies and jobs to support millions of unemployed workers, and executed several innovations to relieve HR teams affected by the pandemic.

"This year has highlighted a sense of urgency that we at Phenom always feel toward our purpose?to help one billion people find the right job," said Mahe Bayireddi, cofounder and CEO at Phenom. "When COVID-19 broke out, our team immediately began brainstorming ways to aid job seekers and struggling businesses. Everyone at Phenom realized?with our advanced AI-powered technology and access to impactful data?we could help resolve this disruption in the talent ecosystem."

The Tech for Good Award recognizes organizations that leverage technology to connect, support, inform or lift up our communities amid current global challenges and uncertainties. To address the unprecedented unemployment rate around the world, Phenom launched HelpOneBillion.com to connect furloughed and laid-off workers with a curated network of over 750,000 jobs from more than 800 global organizations. Powered by Phenom AI, HelpOneBillion delivers personalized job recommendations to help candidates find work quickly. Organizations can leverage the HelpOneBillion network on their branded career sites to support alumni and furloughed employees.

Phenom also launched new product packages called Phenom Essentials, meant to help companies with reduced budgets, demanding HR priorities, limited resources, and mission-critical objectives. By offering the core elements of TXM, organizations could implement the platform in a matter of weeks to achieve a faster return on investment. Phenom added several new COVID-19 response tools to its platform, such as SMS messaging templates, a prominent site-wide banner, and updated chatbot options, making it easier to communicate company-wide policy and hiring updates in real-time.

"This year, it's particularly important to showcase those who stepped up to use technology through their products and services to connect, support or otherwise lift up the community," says Mandy Walker, Director of Marketing at Tech in Motion. "However, all these finalists deserve to be celebrated for their outstanding efforts to give back and create a better world in 2020 and beyond. Tech in Motion is honored to acknowledge these leaders."

The Phenom TXM platform?a single platform that eliminates the need for multiple HR tools?reduces time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, while improving talent quality and productivity for candidates, recruiters, employees and management with the Career Site, Chatbot, CRM, CMS, SMS and Email Campaigns, University Recruiting, Internal Mobility, Career Pathing, Diversity & Inclusion, Gigs, Referrals and Analytics.
