The SOC 2 Type 2 certification attests that Vervent's information security meets or exceeds the rigorous standards set forth by AICPA after identifying and evaluating internal and external threats, as well as privacy, accountability, integrity, and confidentiality.

The SOC 2 Type 2 certification, performed by CyberGuard Compliance, affirms that Vervent's servicing systems and stated controls were suitably designed and operated throughout the audit period, and provide reasonable assurance that Vervent's service commitments and system requirements were achieved.
During this audit, Vervent also reaffirmed the SOC 1 Type 2 certification of its policies and procedures.
