Greenberg Traurig's Will Wagner to Speak at Proposition 65 Clearinghouse Conference


SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 21, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Will Wagner of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will speak virtually at the Proposition 65 Clearinghouse Conference, Monday, Sept. 21. Greenberg Traurig attorney Deepi K. Miller is also attending.

Wagner will participate as a panelist in the session, "New Prop. 65 Hurdles Facing the Marijuana and Alcohol Industry." He will discuss the recent listing of THC as a chemical of concern in CBD products, a comparison of federal law's content standard of .3% THC to Proposition 65's exposure standards, and enforcement concerns/ precautions.
