COVID-19 Pandemic - The government presents its daily update


QUÉBEC CITY, Sept. 21, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19 in Québec show 586 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 68,128. No new death has occurred in the last 24 hours, but 3 deaths which have occurred between September 14 and September 19 are added. However, the total is at 5,804 due to the withdrawal of 1 death that the investigation has shown not to be attributable to COVID-19. The number of hospitalizations increased by 10 compared to the previous day, for a cumulative total of 148. Among these, the number of people in intensive care decreased by 1, for a total of 30. The samples conducted on September 19 amount to 23,126 for a total of 2,090,183.
