Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Announces Two Presentations for Poziotinib at ESMO Virtual Congress 2020

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (NasdaqGS: SPPI), a biopharmaceutical company focused on novel and targeted oncology therapies, today announced a presentation of the results for Cohort 2 from its Phase 2 clinical trial, ZENITH20, evaluating poziotinib in previously treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with HER2 exon 20 insertion mutations. In addition, a poster presentation of results from a single site expanded access program will also be presented for poziotinib in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC with EGFR or HER2 exon 20 insertion mutations.
