Chula Vista, CA. Welcomes Grasshopper Delivery, LLC. as City's First Licensed Cannabis Delivery this Fall


Opening in Fall 2020, Grasshopper Delivery, LLC. will be Chula Vista's first legally operated and city regulated facility.

Grasshopper's product selection will include only the best flowers, oils, edibles, topicals, and non-psychoactive CBD offerings and more. All products will be available for speedy and zero-contact delivery for added peace of mind.

Grasshopper is committed to the health and well-being of its customers and staff during the current COVID-19 landscape. Employees will follow enhanced delivery guidelines, including increased cleaning and sanitizing measures of vehicles and gear, the use of personal protective equipment, social distancing and daily health screenings for all employees.

"This service couldn't come at a better time," said spokesman Lance Rodgers Esq. "As a local business, Grasshopper Delivery will give back to the community in ways that go beyond its business operations. We recognize the need for access to licensed legal cannabis in the City of Chula Vista and as part of our commitment, we will help provide this service to the community. Monies generated will also go to our local cultural arts programs."

As a complement to its delivery operation, Grasshopper is constructing an ecofriendly brick and mortar retail dispensary to open in the Winter of 2020. This new location will set the standard for cannabis dispensaries nationwide and foster a greater sense of appreciation for the community. Grasshopper's investment in Chula Vista will be immediate. The creation of higher than minimum wage jobs that include initiatives for hiring locally from the surrounding South Bay communities. Other initiatives include contributions to the Chula Vista Starlight Parade and Lemon Festival.
