William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty Sees 25 Agents and Five Teams Named Best in Connecticut and New York by REAL Trends


STAMFORD, Conn., July 10, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty announced today that 25 agents and five teams were ranked in the 2020 REAL Trends list of "America's Best" real estate professionals. REAL Trends, one of the most trusted sources of news, analysis and information in residential real estate, partnered with real estate training company Tom Ferry International to release this year's ranking of top performing agents in each state.

The list's four categories include individuals by transaction sides, individual by sales volume, teams by transaction sides and teams by sales volume. The ranking is based on performance in 2019. According to REAL Trends, agents named to the list represent the top 1.5 percent of all real estate professionals in the nation.

In the individuals by volume category, 15 agents in New York and nine in Connecticut were honored. The New York agents included Laura DeVita, Jennifer Holmes, Wendy Alper, Fiona Dogan, Joseph Stilo, Alix Prince, Dalia Valdes, Ellen Stern, Louis Katsoris, Christy Murphy and Julie Bieber of Rye; Kathleen Collins of Bronxville; Agnes Holzberg of Scarsdale; Mimi Magarelli of Larchmont; and Anthony Lando of Irvington. The Connecticut agents included Pat Lahoud of Washington Depot, Colette Harron and Rick Weiner of Essex, Laura Freed Ancona of Ridgefield, Bruce Baker and Pam Roberts of Darien, Margaret Muir of Madison, Kellie Martone of Northern Fairfield County Regional and Jules G. Etes of Guilford.

In the teams by volume category, two teams in New York and three in Connecticut were honored. The New York teams included the Mellstrom-Bischof Team and the HCH Team. The Connecticut teams included the Sneddon Team, the Woodland Team and the Goldspiel Group.

In the individuals by transaction sides category, Jules G. Etes and Lorraine Amaral were recognized.

In the teams by transaction sides category, the Woodland Team was recognized.
